Ingredients 


  1. Bread Slices - 2 big slices (around 1 cup cubed)
  2. Milk - 1 cup
  3. Sugar - 2 table spoon
  4. Sweetened Condensed Milk - ¼ cup
  5. Eggs - 2
  6. Vanilla Essence - 2 tea spoon
  7. Sugar - ¼ cup (for caramel)
  8. Ghee - 1 tea spoon




Method

  1. Take bread, milk, sugar,Sweetened Condensed milk, eggs and vanilla during a liquidizer and puree until smooth.
  2. Take a baking pan, grease with ghee. put some sugar over it and place it over heat. Cook until your get nice caramel color. Don't burn the sugar.
  3. Leave it the tin for few minutes to get cool.
  4. Pour the prepared custard over it.
  5. Cover the pan with foil or wrapping and place it in a very steamer and cook for forty to forty five minutes.
  6. Remove it and insert a knife to see whether or not the cake is completed or not.
  7. Now pop the pan in fridge and let it chill for 2 hours.
  8. Slice and serve enjoy the yummy pudding.
