CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES


The cookies is so tasty and easy to prepare and can prepare  huge cookies, which is perfect with milk. You can make this and keep in freezer and microwave it for few mins and enjoy hot.


Preparation Time : 10 mins

Baking Time : 10 to 12 mins
Makes : 12 cookies


Ingredients



  1. Soft Butter(Unsalted ) – 110 grams melted / 8 tablespoon
  2. Granulated Sugar – 1/2 cup / 100 grams
  3. Brown Sugar– 1/4 cup / 50 grams
  4. Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
  5. Egg – 1
  6. Baking Soda / Cooking Soda – 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
  8. All Purpose Flour – 1 1/2 cup / 180 grams
  9. Chocolate Chips – 1 cup

Method 




Preheat oven to 180 C.


In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt. Set aside.


In a large bowl,take melted butter, brown sugar and normal sugar. Add in vanilla and  beat together with a hand-mixer for about one minute. 

Then, add in eggs and whisk well.  and vanilla extract. Beat until just combined.



Slowly add in the dry ingredients and mix briefly, just until there are no flour clumps left.

Add in flour, baking soda and salt and mix well. Add in chocolate chips and mix well.

Divide the dough into 12 portions and roll it out. Place it in a baking tray and flatten it lightly.


Bake for about 12 minutes, rotating half-way through, or until the cookies have spread out and the edges are golden, but the center of the cookie still looks soft and just slightly under-cooked. Let cool on the baking sheets until the cookies are firm enough to remove.Now remove it and let it cool for 10 mins.
Now remove this to a cooling rack and cool completely.
