Deviled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard sauce or kasundi
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Method
- Neatly slice the eggs in halves, so scoop out the yolks.
- In a bowl, add the yolks, dressing and sauce and blend well. Add salt and pepper consequently to your style.
- Take a piping bag match with a nozzle, and fill in up with the egg mixture.
- Carefully stock up the egg whites with the egg mixture, creating neat swirls. Serve at once.
- Additions: you'll be able to high the eggs with shredded herbs comparable to parsley or coriander, or perhaps oregano and chile flakes.
