GRANOLA BARS RECIPE

NO BAKE COCONUT & CRANBERRY GRANOLA BARS RECIPE



This is a no bake, 10-minute, no-bake CranberryGranola Bars! it's taste fantastic. It is crisp and chewy at the same time. Love it. 

Ingredients 

  1. Rolled Oatmeal or Instant Oats – 1 cup
  2. Brown Sugar – 1/2 cup
  3. Coconut Oil-  2 tablespoon
  4. Water – 2 tablespoon
  5. Vanilla Essence – 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup
  8. Cranberries – 1/2 cup


(1 cup=240 ml)

Method

  1. Take a pan, line with parchment paper or foil and grease it gently with oil or butter. Set aside.
  2. In a dry pan, add oats and toast them for two minutes. take away them to the plate likewise.
  3. Now within the same pan, take refined sugar, copra oil and water and blend them well. Bring it to a boil.
  4. Now boil this for one min.
  5. Now take it off the warmth, add vanilla and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add cranberries and coconut and blend well
  7. Add in oats and blend well.
  8. Spoon this within the ready pan and sleek the highest.
  9. Set this in refrigerator for thirty minutes.
  10. Now take away it and slice.
  11. Serve or store it during a air tight instrumentation.
