Pasta and green olives


Ingredients 



  1. 250 g pasta
  2. 3 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 2 cloves of garlic
  4. 1 x 150 g jar of green olives (stones in)
  5. 8 tablespoons pasta


Method


  1. Cook the alimentary paste per the packet directions in a very giant pan of boiling salt-cured water.
  2. Peel, slice and fry the garlic for a couple of minutes within the oil till softened.
  3. Stone and chop the inexperienced olives, reserving the brine. Add the olives to the pan, season, stir and cook for two minutes.
  4. Stir within the passata and also the brine, and cook for five minutes.
  5. Reserving the cookery water, drain and add the alimentary paste to the sauce. Serve like a shot.
