Pasta and green olives
Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 x 150 g jar of green olives (stones in)
- 8 tablespoons pasta
Method
- Cook the alimentary paste per the packet directions in a very giant pan of boiling salt-cured water.
- Peel, slice and fry the garlic for a couple of minutes within the oil till softened.
- Stone and chop the inexperienced olives, reserving the brine. Add the olives to the pan, season, stir and cook for two minutes.
- Stir within the passata and also the brine, and cook for five minutes.
- Reserving the cookery water, drain and add the alimentary paste to the sauce. Serve like a shot.
