Peanut Butter Brownies


Ingredients 


  1. 225g Grandessa Crunchy Peanut Butter
  2. 200g Moser Roth 70% Dark Chocolate
  3. 280g The Pantry Soft Light Brown Sugar
  4. 3 Greenvale Medium Eggs
  5. 100g The Pantry Self Raising Flou


Method

  1. Pre-heat the kitchen appliance to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark four.
  2. Line a 20cm (8") sq. baking tin with baking parchment.
  3. Put 50g of paste in a very tiny microwaveable dish and put aside.
  4. Set 50g (2 blocks) of chocolate aside.
  5. In a medium sized pan, gently soften the remaining paste, the chocolate and sugar. Mix well.
  6. Remove from the warmth then drill in the eggs one at a time.
  7. Stir within the flour.
  8. Spoon the mixture into the tin.
  9. Microwave the paste till molten then drizzle over the mixture.
  10. Bake in kitchen appliance for around half-hour - it ought to have a crust however still be a bit soft within the middle.
  11. Microwave the reserved chocolate till molten then drizzle over the brownie.
  12. Allow to chill within the tin then turn over sixteen squares.
