Peanut Butter Brownies
Ingredients
- 225g Grandessa Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 200g Moser Roth 70% Dark Chocolate
- 280g The Pantry Soft Light Brown Sugar
- 3 Greenvale Medium Eggs
- 100g The Pantry Self Raising Flou
Method
- Pre-heat the kitchen appliance to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark four.
- Line a 20cm (8") sq. baking tin with baking parchment.
- Put 50g of paste in a very tiny microwaveable dish and put aside.
- Set 50g (2 blocks) of chocolate aside.
- In a medium sized pan, gently soften the remaining paste, the chocolate and sugar. Mix well.
- Remove from the warmth then drill in the eggs one at a time.
- Stir within the flour.
- Spoon the mixture into the tin.
- Microwave the paste till molten then drizzle over the mixture.
- Bake in kitchen appliance for around half-hour - it ought to have a crust however still be a bit soft within the middle.
- Microwave the reserved chocolate till molten then drizzle over the brownie.
- Allow to chill within the tin then turn over sixteen squares.
