Pizza dosa is a simple and wondrous snack for teenagers WHO come back hungry back from faculty or maybe for his or her breakfast. Ingredients
- Dosa Batter as needed
- Rice – 4 cup / 4 part
- Whole Urad Dal without Skin / Ulundam Paruppu-1 cup / 1 part
- Rock Salt- to taste ( See Notes below the recipe)
- Water as needed
- Pizza Sauce or Pasta Sauce as needed
- Onion chopped finely as needed
- Bell Pepper chopped finely as needed
- Pizza Seasoning or Oregano as needed
- Mozzarella Cheese grated as needed
- Oil as needed
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Method
Make a thin dosa over hot tawa , Heat a tawa , spread dosa batter and drizzle over some oil. Cook in medium flame. Once it gets cooked, add 2 tsp of chutney, 1 tsp of tomato sauce and spread evenly.
Now spread the toppings as needed with sauce and top with veggies. Sprinkle grated cheese generously. Cover and simmer for 2 mins.
Cook coated til cheese melts and dosa gets golden crisp
Now remove and serve(Serve hot with coconut condiment or any of your favorite chutneys. you'll have it per as we've got unfold chutney and tomato sauce).
