Egg-less Brownies Recipe-Baking Without Oven
Ingredients
Cocoa Powder - 6 Tbsp
Dark Chocolate - ⅓ Cup (Chopped)
Butter - ½ Cup
Yogurt - ½ Cup
Plain Flour - ½ Cup
Powdered Sugar - 1 Cup
Baking Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Instant Coffee - ½ Teaspoon (Dissolved in 2 teaspoon water)
Vanilla Essence - 1 Teaspoon
Salt - 2 Cups (Only if using cooker/vessel to bake)
For Glaze - Melted Dark Chocolate - 50 grams
Melted White Chocolate - 75 grams
Chopped Hazelnuts - 3 Tablespoon
Method
- Take an enormous cookware (better if its diameter of over 9" and a decent height)
