Ingredients


  1. 500gButter
  2. 8 Eggs
  3. 500 sugar
  4. 500g plan flour (sift with 1 1/2 tablespoons levelled baking powder)
  5. 2 tablespoons milk
  6. 150g dry fruit (tutti fruity)



METHOD


  1. Beat Butter and Sugar until soft and creamy. 
  2. Add eggs one by one. Add Vanilla extract and mix well. 
  3. Add flour and baking powder gradually in small quantities and mix well. 
  4. Finally add fruity and mix with spatula.
  5. Grease the pan with Butter and cover with flour. 
  6. Pour  mixture alternately in the pan and bake for 35minutes at 170degrees (my oven temperature)
