CARROT CAKE SMOOTHIE



This is something that i like to do more which is so healthy and tired category so it's bothers me most of the time. 

Here is the Easiest way to make Carrot Cake Smoothie, Enjoy this healthy yummy dessert smoothie without the guilt. It's filled with fresh carrots, walnuts and traditional carrot cake spices - yum!

Ingredients 



  1. 1 cup carrots, peeled and then grated (you could just roughly chop them)
  2. 1 organic banana, frozen
  3. 1 1/2 cups homemade almond milk 
  4. 1/4 cup raw unsalted cashews, soaked for two hours 
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. 1 Medjool date
  7. 1 tablespoon organic raw shelled hemp seeds
  8. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  9. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  10. 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  11. 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Optional – instead of the hemp seeds, for additional nutritional support, you could also opt for a scoop of Vega Plant-Based Protein Powder, either the Vanilla Chai or straight Vanilla would be great.


Method

  1. Add ingredients toFourSide jar in order listed and secure lid. 
  2. Blend on "Whole Juice" blend on a  Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds and process until smooth and creamy. 
  3. Top with a little cinnamon and a pinch of grated carrots. Enjoy immediately. 
  4. Garnished with optional toppings if desired.
*If you don’t have a high-powered blender, you may have to blend this smoothie for a bit longer.
