Honey-Butter Potato Chips Recipe


Ingredients


  1. 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (40g; 45ml)
  2. 2 tablespoons honey (30ml)
  3. Chipotle chili powder, to taste
  4. 4 ounces salted potato chips (115g)

Method 

  1. In a massive cooking pan with sloping sides, soften butter with honey over medium heat, stirring to mix. 
  2. Stir in jalapeno seasoning to style . 
  3. Add potato chips and stir gently till well coated, lowering heat to forestall hot if necessary. 
  4. Transfer to a bowl and serve heat.
