Rasagulla recipe is a Bengali recipe but tasted all over the world. Rasagulla recipe is very easy to prepare with great taste. Rasagulla is also known as King of Indian Sweets.

Ingredients

Milk(full cream) - 1 Litre
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon
Sugar - 2 cups
Water - 3 &1/2cups
Elachi powder- 1 pinch
Ice cubes - 12 
Nuts (optional) - For garnish


Method

  1. Heat the milk,when it begin to boil,simmer the flame, add the juice slowly as you stir.
  2. Switch off the flame once the whey water clearly separates.
  3. Add the Ice cubes and blend well. Updated : ice cubes square measure additional to prevent the curdling at that instant. It prevents the chenna to become arduous and helps for soft texture.
  4. Take a metal strainer,lined with a cheese cloth/muslin cloth(I used my dupatta). Pour the thick milk in it.
