yummy yummy curd pudding
Curd pudding is kid’s favorite dessert. It’s the usual choice when it is in the restaurant’s menu. I like this recipe because it uses fresh curd, which are abundant at this time of the year. It is simple and easy to make. The hard part is waiting for it to chill and set but it’s worth the wait. You will be rewarded with a sweet, refreshing and delicious yummy yummy treat. 😀
Ingredients
- 750 ml curd
- jelly packets -3 pack
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- Milkmaid large tin 1
Method
- Prepare 2 packs of jelly with 2 teacups of water
- Grind curd milkmaid prepared jelly half by half
- After grinding well put the mixture in to a pan refrigerate till fix
- Make the remaining jelly pack with 2 teacup of water
- Add 2 or 3 table spoon sugar
- Take the refrigerated jelly and put pudding over it
- Now taste the yummy yummy curd pudding
